Jo Hamilton Psychologist

I have experience in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression and grief which are often interrelated. I am eclectic in my approach having extensive experience in CBT, ACT, hypnosis, EMDR and various other therapeutic approaches.

I have a background in aviation psychology and have lectured at the University of South Australia in Human Factors for many years. I have worked with the military and emergency services also for many years. I have a particular love of developing and facilitating workshops in a breadth of topics from depression to happiness and every thing in between. I enjoy being a “generalist” – working in the areas of clinical, organisational, aviation and military psychology.
