I have had over 15 years experience working with children with intellectual disabilities and importantly behavior management. I’m also a current and qualified member of B.T.F.A.

I believe that by treating the body as a whole, at a physical and emotional level if needed. it give my clients the opportunity to heal at a deeper level.

Consulting for over 10 years, I now have a wide range of experience in areas of natural health – including physical and emotional health and experience in assisting people to move forward in their lives. I have a special interest in healthy aging and women’s empowerment, also working with people who have lost their enthusiasm for life rid may think it is impossible to get back the passion for life they once had.

I have also had 16 years experience working with children with autism and I’m very competent with behaviour management strategies to help families dealing with autism or other disabilities. I also incorporate Eye Movement Therapy in my practice, which is seen as a very quick and efficient way of dealing with fears, emotional issues, unwanted habits and behaviours.
