• Whole House – self contained, 3 queen sized rooms with different bed options, reverse cycle air conditioning in every room, accommodates up to 12 people, lounge room & gas log fire, kitchen / dining room, large rear deck, 2 bathrooms & undercover parking in the backyard
• Queen Room 1 – queen size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, bathroom next to bedroom
• Queen Room 3 – queen size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, bathroom next to bedroom
• Queen Room 2 –  queen size bed, single bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, bathroom next to bedroom
• Dorm Room – 5 single beds dorm style, reverse cycle air conditioning & bathroom at end of room
