Timbre Kitchen is a fun & relaxed vineyard dining experience, situated at the Velo Wines property in the West Tamar, Tasmania. The restaurant is set beside Velo’s cellar door, and in the middle of some of the region’s oldest vines, with views of local dairy farms beyond floor to ceiling glass. Timbre Kitchen is a sought after venue among locals and tourists, as we have the perfect setting for a relaxing experience with views like no other. We boast a constantly evolving menu prepare using local produce based on the season. We have shared table banquets, and our menu compliments the wines & Velo range well, plus we have craft beer among other beverages.

Timbre Kitchen is also available for special occasions or corporate functions. We can cater for up to 150 guests, and have hosted events such as weddings, cocktail parties, birthdays, Christmas functions, charity events & engagement parties. We have options for finger food, canapes, buffets, a set menu, banquets or degustation selections & cocktails to choose from. The cellar door at Timbre Kitchen is open for tastings & sales, where our friendly & knowledgeable staff are there to assist you, and share their passion of amazing food & wine.
